It is Thursday evening as I type this memo, so that means it is almost time for my Empi Ha / Kururunfa seminar! Yes! From what my buddy Hanshi Roldan told me today, it is gonna be a who's who as far as who's coming. For the first time, the information, previously jealously guarded, that The Sensei = Urban shared with only a small few of us, is going to be made public. That is what he wanted = he told me to do this before he passed into the next reality. No, I will not be teaching the entire katas in the short 2 hours that we will be working together. I will however be teaching the hidden stuff, the wild stuff, and the key that unlocks the door that ajoins these two katas. If you desire to learn either of or both of the entire forms, see me after the seminar in my old stomping grounds = where we used to rumble = across the street in Thompson Square Park, and remember that everyone works, nothing is free, and all start at the bottom............

By the way, The Fight Schools Network Patches = The Official Urban GoJuDo patch, will be available for purchase at both my seminar and Sunday's tournament.

Yes, my friend John Lyons, Kyoshi, Harlem GoJu, informed me via telephone yesterday that he and GMstr. Mcgee would be there. I am looking forward to seeing you and the boys on the 29th. We have most definately surcomvented the racial thing, in order to bring straength to the whole!

For those who may be under the impression that there is no more availability for the seminar, let me assure you that if you get with Hanshi Roldan and or myself ASAP, we will make room for you. As I said before, It's a "G" thing. As the OG I invite all of you who desire affiliation with this "Little thing of ours" to come to my seminar at Nisei HQ = Avenue A and 7th street, and SPEAK WITH ME. Undetrstand that this will necessitate that we sweat together in order to get to know each other in the OLD SCHOOL way. Those of you that are looking for recognition, will bring their last certificate = from MY TEACHER or from where ever, but understand that there will be a proving ground = Thompson Square Park across the street from the dojo, in which you will show me what you know.
I am humbled by the amount of calls that "My brother from another mother = Hanshi Roldan has received about my seminar. Be sure to get with him and also me as to your attendance, as it appears that it will be a sell out. Funny, I heard that some where asking how he = Roldan got me to do a seminar at his dojo. "PLEASE!!!!" That man is my Ace Boon Coon!!!" = we go WAY BACK!!!! = If you got a problem with he, you got a problem with me........
